This website is owned and operated by Sue Gregor. By placing an order with Sue Gregor, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, please contact me via email at hello@suegregor.com before placing your order.
 
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. Once I receive full payment for your order, I will confirm that it has been accepted via email to the email address provided in your order form. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
 
Availability

All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Delivery times

Items are sent our in 2 working days unless you request special delivery postage or contact us to let us know you want us to send out your order by a particular date. The cut off for order for same day postage is 2.30 pm.

Cancellation and Returns

Subject to stock availability, I will exchange items that are returned to me within 28 days of being received by you.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. I will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. I can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please contact us by email hello@suegregor.com to discuss the issue.
 
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, you need to notify me in writing by e-mail within those seven days. Once you have notified me, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
    
In a case where I cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs occurred. Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations. All items intended for return must have a Goods Return Number (GRN). GRNs must be obtained within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by contacting Sue Gregor on hello@suegregor.com. Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to me. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
 
I will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by me in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, I shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. I will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
 
Liability Save as precluded by law, I will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to me under the preceding clause and I shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question if returned within seven days of receipt.
 
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. I make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
 
Prices and Payment

SECTION 1 - GENERAL
 
All prices on the Sue Gregor shop are given in British Pounds Sterling If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU then the total price will include VAT at the current rate.
 
Please note Sue Gregor has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
 
You must pay by debit or credit card at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. I may change the price of any product before you place an order. I will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

SECTION 2 - GIFT TOKEN

A Sue Gregor Gift Token is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

You may use a Sue Gregor Gift Token to make purchases online via the Sue Gregor website.

To purchase an item with a Sue Gregor Gift Token on the Sue Gregor website, you will be required to enter the code number on the gift token into the discount box on the check-out page.

A Sue Gregor Gift Token can be redeemed via telephone order.

When you use a Sue Gregor Gift Token, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the gift token. If your purchase totals less than the value of the gift token, any balance will be left as credit for you on the token to spend in future. Change will not be given. Please note that if you use a Sue Gregor Gift Token online, any balance left will be issued to you as an e-voucher.

You may only redeem your Sue Gregor Gift Token in GB pounds sterling.

A Sue Gregor Gift Token cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Sue Gregor Gift Token.

A Sue Gregor Gift Token is like cash. Lost or stolen tokens cannot be replaced.

A Sue Gregor Gift Token is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

If your Sue Gregor Gift Token becomes accidentally damaged or if you have any issues with using your Sue Gregor Gift Token, please contact Sue Gregor by emailing hello@suegregor.com .

All refunds of goods or services purchased with a Sue Gregor Gift Token will be made in accordance with Sue Gregor's refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sue Gregor will cancel the value of a Sue Gregor Gift Token if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the token. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.

Sue Gregor reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Sue Gregor Gift Tokens and these terms & conditions are issued by Sue Gregor.

SECTION 3 - LOYALTY DISCOUNT

The Loyalty Discount Code is a 7% discount for returning customers. It will be added to the bottom of your purchase receipt and must be retained for its use in your next purchase.

You may use a Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code to make purchases online via the Sue Gregor website. A Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code can be redeemed via telephone orders.

To purchase an item with a Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code on the Sue Gregor website, you will be required to enter the code number (found at the bottom of your previous purchase receipt) into the discount box on the check-out page. You will need to copy & paste the code.

When you use a Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code, the 7% discount will be deducted from the balance of your total goods purchased at the checkout.

A Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

A Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

A Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

If your Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code becomes lost or if you have any issues with using your Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code, please contact Sue Gregor by emailing hello@suegregor.com .

Sue Gregor may cancel the Sue Gregor Loyalty Discount Code scheme at any time. In-date codes will remain valid until their expiry date.

Privacy Policy 

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. None of information is used for anything other than processing. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Which is then fed into out analytics.

Email marketing : When you give us your permission or sign up to our news letter and only when we have your permission we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at hello@suegregor.com

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not:

_session_id, unique token, sessional. These allow Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held. This is persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit and used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_shopify_uniq, no data held. This expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day and counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token. This is persistent for 2 weeks and stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

PREF. This is persistent for a very short period  It is set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where.

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
