Returns - terms and conditions


All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us: hello@suegregor.com. Please have your order number ready when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way or for any reason, please return it to us within 28 calendar days of delivery and a refund will be paid or an exchange made within 28 calendar days after the return of the goods (or after evidence is provided that they were returned).

The item must be unused and be suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Resizing Jewellery

If you would like your Sue Gregor jewellery to be resized, Sue Gregor will usually provide this service free of charge. The postage for the goods to be returned to you, after resizing, will be paid by the customer. The standard postage is 'Royal Mail First Class Signed For' delivery. It requires a signature at the point of delivery. This ensures that your jewellery id safely returned to you.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email: hello@suegregor.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. But, please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.  We will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.
