Cuffs can be put on two ways:

1. Slide them over the wrist or slide them down the hand with the thumb in the cuff and the gap on the little finger side. This side of your wrist is thinner than the thumb side of your hand. I find this is the best method

2.  Slide them over your wrist at your narrowest point
