'Ghibli' floral Earrings Small Rectangle | Recycled Plastic

This 'Ghibli' Floral small Rectangle Earrings I have crafted from recycled Perspex. The vibrant earrings feature real hydrangea blossoms, fern leaves, and the foliage of Box Hedge leaves. The design was inspired by Studio Ghibli animated films. I set out to make my 'Ghibli' earrings reflect the joy I saw in the films by using a range of flowers and by mimicking the colours of sunny days depicted in the films.

Each pair of my contemporary earrings are a unique work of art.  Individually made not mass produced. I use real flowers as stencils to imprint intricate patterns onto the earrings, resulting in exquisite surface relief mirroring the beauty of nature. These earrings are both stunning and eco-friendly, created from recycled acrylic Perspex. Each purchase is elegantly presented in a gift box, and I take eco-friendliness a step further with my biodegradable packaging.

• These small earrings are part of our Recycled Contemporary Jewellery collection. Each piece is unique and individual. These colourful floral earrings made with real flowers fern leaves and the leaves from Box hedge. They were inspired by looking at the Animated films made by Studio Ghibli. I wanted to capture something of the joyful feel there is in the films in the design of these earrings.
